Dominican Republic… Welcome me with open arms…

Sometime its hard to start over with someone when you have seen a side of them that you really don’t understand or, even worse, dislike. That is inevitably how relationships, of all kinds, are changed irreversibly. Learning how to adapt and get back from that is the hard part and the biggest test that any relationship can go through. Failing on that front causes so much hurt, pain, despair, anger and frustration. The inability to navigate these times is what leads to the destruction of many relationships. Only the strongest survive. 

I’m hurt, angry and endlessly frustrated. 

Here. We. Fricking. Come.

When you have allowed someone to say their piece, attempted to explain your position and, most importantly, apologised and tried to make amends…. what more can you really do?
